Our goals:

Integrate local agencies to identify persons in need of vocational retail training.

Incorporate local agencies to provide supports and structures to complete retail and sales tasks.

Train persons on the autism spectrum on specific vocational skill sets required to acquiring and maintain employment.

Provide models, supports, and training required for employee customer interactions and employee supervisor interactions.

OUR Expected Outcomes:

Participants in the program will be able to generalize vocational skills and gain employment in the community.

Participants in the program will make lasting social connections and gain acceptance with in the community.

The community will become familiar and accepting of the differences of its citizens with disabilities.
